vent Details: Meet-and-Greet with Provincial Candidates
The second meet-and-greet event for the White Rock South Surrey Chinese community, co-hosted by the White Rock South Surrey Seniors Association and InnoCommunity Youth, was successfully held on the morning of October 9.
This event featured Brent Chapman, the Conservative candidate for South Surrey, and Trevor Halford, the current MLA for the White Rock South Surrey riding.
Brent Chapman shared his background as a retired actor who appeared in various TV shows and commercials. He is a proud father of four and grandfather to seven.
Trevor Halford, who grew up and lives in White Rock South Surrey, spoke about his family, including his three children—one attending White Rock Elementary and two enrolled at Semiahmoo Secondary. His wife operates an early childhood education center.
Both candidates introduced their backgrounds and discussed key Conservative values and policies. They also engaged with attendees, answering questions on topics…
