June 8: Shaw's Art Studio visited Sunnyside Manor

On June 8, Ms. Shaw and her students from Shaw's Art Studio visited Sunnyside Manor for a heartwarming art event. The students created portrait drawings for the seniors, bringing smiles, laughter, and joy throughout the event. Although two seniors were unable to participate due to scheduling conflicts, it was unfortunate they missed out on this special opportunity. In a delightful surprise, one enthusiastic senior even picked up a pencil and began sketching portraits of the volunteers, adding an extra layer of connection and fun to the event.
