July 6 performance

It’s summer break, and most of our young musicians are currently traveling around the world. Today, we were fortunate to feature two performers: Yiteng Feng on the Erhu and Maggie on the Piano.

Yiteng has been studying the Erhu—a traditional Chinese two-stringed instrument—for nine years. Before his performance, he gave a brief introduction to this unique instrument. As you can see in the video, the audience truly enjoyed his performance, rewarding him with enthusiastic applause.

Afterward, two audience members approached Yiteng to express their appreciation. One of them told him, “Your performance brings my heart alive.”
